It was like they were saying they wanted to support me for my healing buth this was new to them and they were just setting up. They wanted me to let them know how I wish to proceed and that they would be in touch with me to continue any discussion. They wanted to assure me that they would do all they could to help me heal and reconcile. I wrote in my journal:. Wasn’t there anything we could do to fix it? Couldn’t we talk? What’s the name of the vicar general’s committee? Who is on it? What is its mandate?

Would more memories of abuse surface? Dear Dad, This is hell. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. When will it be over? The body memories are worst — no, the fear. I’m so sick of this. Why did this happen to me? What is the purpose? When am I going to know it’s over? And then, Was it my father? Bitch Why did you let him do it?
