Walking a path…. Newer posts →. January 9, 2012. Driving in traffic two days ago, I noticed something that in retrospect should have been obvious. I can only get upset about traffic if my mind is not on the present moment. If my mind is on the exact present moment, then there isn’t anything to be irritated about.
