Ever Changing, Yet Still The Same. I am a born and bred English Rose, however as I near my 30th birthday I've lived longer in the USA that in England. After declaring that I didn't want to marry an American during my teenager angst years, I married a Frenchman in 2008 (he provides the dash ;)! In 2010 I became a US Citizen, cementing my life in the USA. Follow along as I share of our/mine adventures - some I am sure not too interesting, and others I hope to be full of fun and laughter.

Ever Changing, Yet Still The Same. French Class @ the Half Way Mark. The first week of my French classes was a short week as we started on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday). The professor is very sweet and nice, too nice at times :) She does a marvelous job at explaining the lessons. The entire four hours (minus a 20 minute break) is all in French, and so if something isn't understood she'll simplify (still in French), and mime the actions, etc! Numbers in French are essentially math problems.
