I had to do that. So I did this! Thursday, March 17, 2011. Sometimes I do things I actually need to. Yeah, that's right, 220 10x10 squares for one rag quilt. Thanks to a roller cutter it didn't take too long to cut but still! And that's not even including my 80 squares of batting! I had to do that. So I did this! Thursday, March 17, 2011. I am a pioneer. I make this 0.8 mile trek from Porter's to my apartment at least twice a week. There and back makes it a 30 minute trip! Also, in Rexburg, when the wind slows you down immensely (and it's cold) it's like crossing the plains, I swear! I make homemade rolls. Enough said. May 7, 2011 at 2:13 AM. I had to do that. So I did this! Tuesday, March 15, 2011. So today, Kira came over to help me with my science experiment. Yes, baking is a science (and an art) and I needed help because I didn't want to look like a fool trying to create beautifully, bakery-approved cookies by myself because I knew they would not turn out beautiful and certainly would never be considered to go into a bakery window. Also, I had homework to do. She obliged. Low and behold- it worked! We made daisies for Spring, of course!
