Our Journey to Dani. Saturday, November 7, 2009. Recap - last day in Taiyuan. Please excuse the typing - dani is eating cheerios on my lap. yes, i can multi-task. Dani had her second night of not wanting to go to sleep- i think it's because her ears are hurting. finally at midnight she fell asleep - and slept straight thru tl 7:30. She's understanding the food isn't disappearing - she's drinking bottles a little more slowly. that's a good thing. first few went down in 5 or 10 minutes. Our Journey to Dani.

Our Journey to Dani. Monday, October 19, 2009. Dani Day is one week from today! In one week we will meet our daughter! It seems very far away at the moment.well, I guess technically and literally it is. First it's the long, long flight(s) and then our sightseeing in Beijing, and then another flight and then.finally. Mary Ellen just got me very excited for the Gymboree store near the White Swan! Hope Laurie and Janis will be up for a little shopping (two other families from our agency). Our Journey to Dani.

Our Journey to Dani. Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Mom and Dad will be proud - I have already started to pack! One potential issue - one suitcase is nearly full, without the clothes! This will be very interesting. There will definitely be plenty of room for purchases on the way home after we unload the gifts, donations, etc. We'll definitely be taking advantage of the inexpensive laundry service at the hotels. He did AMAZINGLY well! The technician didn't want me to give him the Rx to make him sleep. Kurt was able to get off from work to help rock him to sleep. He's THE MAN!
