There are two shops in Towcester the butchers has high street frontage in the heart of the town and the deli is tucked away at the rear of the butchers within the same building. The butchers was opened in 1994 by Nick Hartwell and Roger Elliotts, with Nick devoting his time to the butchers and mainting Elliott high standards. Monday 8.00am – 12.30pm. Tuesday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Wednesday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Friday 7.30am – 5.00pm. Saturday 7.30am – 4.00pm.

Elliotts of Kislingbury is a traditional butchers shop set in the small village opposite the church in South Northamptonshire. The shop stocks an excellent selection of top quality meats and a range of homemade sausages and home cured bacon. Elliotts farm is based beside the butchers shop and is run by Roger Elliott and his son Thomas. They specialise in producing traditional native breeds, predominantly Hereford and South Devon Cattle, both renowned for their excellent eating qualities.

Mina favoriter är "Nu är det jul igen", "Midnatt råder", "Mössens julafton" och "Vi komma från Pepparkakeland". Mamma brukar dansa med mig, det tycker vi är roligt. En annan favorit är att bli jagad.
