During our holiday I had my car damaged, a T5 VW Transporter lovingly called Dolly, while cutting a bend slightly short and hitting a post. It wasn’t severe, but bad enough for a car spending all day outside without a roof above. I could already see the rost flowering, albeit yet in my imagination. Pyramids and Coral Reefs, the need for an underwater camera.

How far would you walk for a cache? Vor ziemlich genau zwei Jahren habe ich mir einen neuen GPS-Empfänger zugelegt. Ich entschied mich für das Garmin Colorado 300. Den Ausschlag für dieses Gerät hat der angeblich bessere Satellitenempfang gegenüber der damals ebenfalls neu erschienenen Oregon-Serie gegeben. Cachen war ich damit noch nicht, aber ich habe schon fleißig drauf rumgedrückt und auch schon einen kleinen Spaziergang damit unternommen. Was ist mir sonst so aufgefallen?
