http://jamiesaysjump.blogspot.com/2010/12/eco-chic-lifestyle-change-week-5-weekly.html
Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Eco-Chic Lifestyle Change Week 5: Weekly Update and Final Reflection. I will take my dogs to Hartley Nature Center for a 30-40 minute walk/run, 3 times during the week days. This week was a little more tricky. I was able to get out there every day, but not for the entire 30 minutes. I did feel rushed at times. And the cold weather is darn freezing now! Organization, minute by minute planning. We all have 24 hours in a day.spend it wisely and prioritize. It helped to keep a sche...

Wednesday, December 1, 2010. Eco-Chic Lifestyle Change Week 4: Weekly Update. I will take my dogs to Hartley Nature Center for a 30-40 minute walk/run, 3 times during the week days. It's still going very well. It was nice having the extra days off and not having to stick to my normal schedule. We were able to go to new places and go for a longer period of time. We learned about a few new parks to visit around Duluth this week. Some are nicer than others. Labels: Eco-Chic Lifestyle Change. I hope that the...

Share and Voice: World Life Expectancy. Thursday, October 28, 2010. I came across a website. Friday, November 5, 2010. The past few weeks have informed me of a lot of issues I wasn't really aware of. Specifically, how terrible water bottles are for our environment. I'm not a big bottled water drinker, but I do however drink plenty of bottled sodas and juices. It makes me want to never buy anything bottled in plastic again! Ashley@Ashleys's Fresh Air Atmosphere. Lauren's Pouring Rain: Eye Opener: Photo Essay
http://laurenspouringrain.blogspot.com/2010/11/eye-opener-photo-essay.html
Eye Opener: Photo Essay. Monday, November 29, 2010. I chose to do my photo essay on environmentally friendly eating. It goes with my eco-chic lifestyle goal and so I thought I would show everyone exactly what I typically am doing for it everyday. So here are my favorite vegetables and fruits that I don't ever go a day without eating. I don't steam or cook them in any, they are all consumed raw and they are all organic. Apples. They are a great snack, especially on the go. Apples are a good source...Celer...

Wednesday, October 20, 2010. Read 'n' Seed 4: Third Quarter of Trash Talk. I read Part Four of the book. Pages 179 through 182. There is hope. Although it is a big task to change the thinking of such a mass population, there is hope. Our collective actions are much more powerful than that of any one high-ranking person. We can force changes by making changes. Links to this post. Labels: Read n Seed. Here's my new blog header and design. I hope you enjoy it! Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
