I love those moments when you turn on your car and the radio is playing you a love song. And it’s amazing because you could have left work five minutes later and missed it, but God knew where you’d be and what you would need to hear in the moment. I wish I could ask for help more. I have a problem with communicating with people. I’ve never been good at expressing how I feel, or asking for help. This last one is huge. I realized over the weekend while my husband busied himself with yet another project and I was left consoling a very cranky baby that I would probably let myself drown before I ask for help. Thursday, August 13, 2015. Jon was invited to participate in the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships. I was unable to go because of work, so he took Elly, his parents and drove to Wisconsin last Thursday. To say I was so proud of him and heart broken I couldn't be there is an understatement. He is still training for a full Iron Man (race is next month) so he was ready. I streamed it and Elly sent me pictures and videos.so it was almost like I was there. =). Tuesday, August 11, 2015.
