Just another nutter on the net. Time to play spot the allotment site! September 1st, 2009 by Rich. Well festival weekend is over but I did happen across this photo on the beeb that goes to show the scale and possibly explains why we had guard dogs stationed on the site over the weekend! Have eggs, will share. DH and I took a little time conceving our first monster, so immediately started working on producing the 2nd. More than a year down the line and nothing had happened, so roll on the tests… Results come in and the advice is pretty clear, so few swimmers that without ivf our family would never be completed. Just as we get our heads round this and get on with living happily as a family of three, the most beautiful suprise comes along. Two blue lines! The answer = donor eggs. MrR = the...

Definitely baby: Air Raid Sirens at dawn
http://mrcrussell.blogspot.com/2010/03/air-raid-sirens-at-dawn.html
The story of one man, one woman and IVF twins. Monday, 8 March 2010. Air Raid Sirens at dawn. To this point in time, night times have been merely a bit inconvenient. Emily sleeps really well and can go up to seven hours without waking and Faith likes to be topped off with milk every three hours - it breaks your sleep up but hey! That's what parenting is all about. Last night, things changed. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Maybe Baby - Elly's blog. Sleep is for wimps! Air Raid Sirens at dawn.

The story of one man, one woman and IVF twins. Tuesday, 28 July 2009. When they tell you that pregnant women's immune systems take a beating, they never really give you a good indication of just how beaten they get. In other news, we've heard precisely nothing from the hospital. I was led to believe that twins were regarded as a high risk pregnancy and we would, therefore, be monitored closely and have access to extended levels of care. Shame the rest of the Health Service don't feel the same way really .

http://mrcrussell.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
The story of one man, one woman and IVF twins. Wednesday, 12 May 2010. TV, kidney stones and no full-frontal anything. It's been nearly a month since my last post due to a variety of things which have conspired to keep me away from my keyboard. On the plus side: our great friends Pat and Walt visited from the US to see the kids for the first time. Faith seems to be the first of the girls to teethe too. There's been a lot of grizzling recently and during a particularly loud outbreak I happened to noti...

The story of one man, one woman and IVF twins. Wednesday, 24 February 2010. I am no longer the person I used to be . I have taken to using nonsensical words and phrases such as "bumbum" and "napnap" and everything I smell is tinged with a hint of powdered milk. I am now officially ParentGuy(tm). Tuesday, 23 February 2010. Three weeks old today! My little angels are three weeks old today - so, how do you reckon it's been going? Major criticism this week is reserved for people with no kids who park in the ...
