Ellie,Ollie and Reed. A journal of our daily life. Thursday, May 15, 2008. Preference for things, like a TV show or food and get to spend a little more one on one time with Mom and Dad. Once in a while, when their day is on a weekend, we might do a special outing or something. Noelle and I made cookies together and went to the mall where she bought a collar for her. Build-a-bear dog with a gift certificate she got for her birthday. Will be fun to do someday but for now we just had daddy take a few.

I like the title of my blog because it describes how I see my life. I'm in progress, not quite arrived but so glad I'm no longer where I was. My quest is not to have a daily diary for the world to read. Maybe just to post my thoughts occasionally or share something cool. Maybe you'll relate, be inspired, laugh, or just roll your eyes. Results. I'm seeing them for sure. I bought a dress from Banana Republic recently that is 2, count'em 2 sizes smaller than I had been wearing a year ago. YAY!

We had a horsey party with our family and in spite of his desire at the last minute to have a Batman party; he had a great time. I started a tradition when Nikolas turned three by making birthday plates at Ceramicafe, and while I'm a year late on making one for Lukas, I think it was worth the wait:) I really like how it turned out and Lukas really did too. Thursday, 12 August 2010. It's just because I'm-. Salad Yeuch. Right? I used to think so too! Well, I've become a convert, a veritable templefoodie (thanks Nigella! The salad base was relatively generic - baby spinach, grated carrot and coriander, but I made a separate asian themed concoction of beanshoots, spring onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, soy sauce and nam pla. If I had a lime to hand, that would have gone in too. Two handfuls of beanshoots. 3 spring onions sliced into pennies. What do you reckon?
