I've never seen such glorious horses, with velvety noses and gentle eyes. And then I saw the military men on their backs. First illusion shattered. And then I saw two cats balancing themselves on a wall, one black, one gray. Where was the white? I do not know. And then I saw an old man selling sweets in the park. Was he the real thing? The Keating Case | Outlandish Musings | Rehab G. Chougle

Outlandish Musings Rehab G. Chougle. Dipping toes in vibrant ink…a writer tries to explain the noise within and around…. Even if the above section of the story is ethical –and on the face of it, its no crime to give someone what they want and profit at the same time–then are we supporting monopolising of one entity? Wasnt Keating trying to monopolise his way to the top? Which means if a terrorist influences a naive educated man to join his revolutionary cult in the hope of attaining heaven, is it wrong?

Meandering Musings: March 2011
http://musingsmeandered.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 26, 2011. Since my last blog 3 months back, I have kind of changed as a person. Nothing Marlyn Mason type, just a few minor adjustments to prep me up for the post B-School world. Given the scariness of the place outside and the 2 years that were supposed to equip me for the battle, its time to set things right. Everybody says it’s a rat race out there. Then shouldn’t the one who breaks the rope at the finish be the toughest and the meanest rat? As I move ahead to my dream career, I will d...

On the art of living, writing, learning and doing. Saturday, April 12, 2008. Of Influential Teachers, and Lovely People. When she died, the world lost something. So many students, so many people who looked up to her, were lost, left defeated, at the magnitude of the evil that was done to her. It was a time of sorrow, of loss. For me, it still is. I wonder, what happens to those students who never knew her? Do they have such a role model in their lives? Monday, April 7, 2008. IN THIS LAND OF THE LIVING.

REHANA BLOGS: I THINK
http://writerpreneur.blogspot.com/2009/01/i-think.html
On the art of living, writing, learning and doing. Thursday, January 29, 2009. Interesting week so far, I think. A mega-nice paycheck that's not coming through, a fall in the bathroom, a walk into a huge rain puddle, a hot coffee scald on my leg, and a black cat crossing my path. In that sequence. Which leads me to wonder: Do black cats reverse engineer the whole bad luck process? Or is that just a somewhat cheap shot at the endangered nature of my this-week-accident-prone body?
