Cyan, magenta, yellow, key black. Friday, August 31, 2007. Around 1/3 of my company booked out yesterday, out of those who booked out, 10 were from my platoon. This early book-out was given by my OC for their good performance, and each platoon was entitled to 10 persons. Unfortunately I wasn't part of the 10, was it because of my poor performance or was it because I have to stay in to do saikang. And why does everyone ask me about everything? I finally asked the question and thankfully, got the answer that I desired. We ended the day with "New Moon" at Vivocity. Today was supposed to be an even better day. Job interview on the day after my last paper, started work on the following Monday and I never looked back. Spending my days working is kind of enjoyable actually, at least I'm doing something and I'm earning my own keep. Ever since I made that "save $400/month" resolution in the beginning of the year, I'm starting to feel the very effects of having no extra money to spend. I'm giving up many things for the sake of my university studies, most of it are luxury items so I don't feel that bad yet, examples include dSLR, Jimi wallet, 5x5 Rubik cube, maybe a PSP Slim or a Creative Zen. Guys hate rejection, but they hate being led on even more.
