Updates - (w)rites of passage. 16 October 2014 @ 10:34 pm. Used to hate and avoid ginger tea at all costs. Now im a TCM and ginger tea convert due to some incident. it is AMAZING. so tastes do change even at this age. Led Bible study for the first time in young adults cell. felt it was awkward and weird, but had feedback that it was concise and good, covering all the points. Thank God, especially since i rushed the study out just before the session =). Also had a haircut - my first this year :P.

Wednesday, April 13, 2005. God helping u help others. Yesterday, i manage to get a seat in a fully packed 173 bus. Standing front of me, was a very young girl, probably 6 years old or something. After tip-toe ing, she was bearly able to reach the ring handles above. Everytime the bus swayed, she will "swing on her toes". After 3 dramatic swingings, i felt really bad and gave up my seat for her. After getting down the bus, i saw the girl comfortably seated. God sure has his way to solve things. Conception...

Friday, May 27, 2005. Ahr never felt this sick for quite sometime, fever yesterday, vomiting/diarrhoea today. Not too sure what it was caused by. Maybe i should list out the possible causes. 1 shifting over a hundred beds and cupboards in unbelievably dusty bunks. 2 had a lousy dinner bcos the cook house ran out of food. 3 slept only 3 hours bcos of guard duty. 4 had coffee and red bull for breakfast the next morning.
