Saturday, May 30, 2009. Finally our first posting! Sunday May 17, 2009. Monday May 18, 2009. Friday May 22, 2009. Saturday May 23, 2009. We visited a quilt show and admired many quilts made by local artists. Afterwards we went to the Sooke Potholes, swimming spots in the Sooke River, and back to our trailer for supper. Tuesday, June 9, 2009. Second posting of our trip. Sunday May 24, 2009. After we finished and walked around a bit we still had to wait for at least an hour before the train arrived. We killed some further time checking out a miniatures store close by which had fantastic doll houses and all the accessories one might possibly wish for one. Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Day 70, 71, 72 - Saint John, New Brunswick and Ellsworth, Maine. Finally some blogs again about where we have been and what we have seen. Sorry but we were staying at campgrounds with no internet for the past week or so. Day 70 – Drive from Amherst to Saint John, New Brunswick. We again had a night without rain and wind, and sunshine again greeted us when we opened our eyes. After we posted our latest blog we packed up and left for Saint John, New Brunswick. Sunday, June 11, 2017. We are now up to date! Wednesday, June 17 to Friday June 19, 2009 - Ucluelet. We woke up to a very cloudy sky and so we hurried a bit in packing up the trailer so we would not have to do it in the rain. We were on the road by 9:30 am: the earliest so far on our holiday. We did encounter some rain on the road but by the time we got to our campground in Ucluelet. We then went to the CO-OP to do some grocery shopping for supper and back to our trailer.
