Wednesday, May 28, 2014. 40-50 minutes before bed. Was a great exercise in letting details go. Not getting hung up on areas while taking on the foreground and background one at a time. I am still working through letting things read loosely and contrasting that with rendering tightly as opposed to rendering one area tight and then thinking the entire piece needs that same treatment.
