July 27, 2006. Back to the bread! I have had a couple of (undocumented) unfortunate breadmaking experiences lately so today I decided to go back to basics and make some good sandwich bread. I started a sponge for some sourdough tomorrow and hopefully it will work out. Welkom bij Cattery Elskerkatte. Wij zijn een hobbymatige cattery van Noorse boskatten. In 2012 zijn we gestart met onze cattery. De naam Elskerkatte is uit het noors vertaald Liefde voor katten/kattenliefde. Toen de eerste Noorse boskat in ons huis kwam zijn we besmet geraakt met het Noren virus en zo is de cattery begonnen. Onze cattery is gevestigd in Schiedam, we wonen in een flat met 2 afgesloten balkons zodat de poezen ook veilig een frisse neus kunnen halen. Wij zijn lid van de NRKV en De Noorman.
