Story of a Wannabe Athlete in Montreal. Thursday, July 31, 2014. I’ve had the privilege of traveling a bit while here in India. Not as much as I would have liked but more than my coworkers so I can’t complain. The sunset lived up to its reputation. Take note Indian cab drivers, I tip well, but if you try and short change me, I don’t tip at all! Lifeguard Truck, there was no need for it to be driving in the water,. There weren't that many people around. Let little kids swim alone. Throw/kick sand at people.

A bit of a bonus
A bit of a bonus. Thursday, 19 September 2013. Bit of a Bonus yesterday when I went down to Plas Y Brennin to represent IOL on the Mountain Training England Board - I found the Tour of Britain was going past which was a nice surprise as I had missed it in Kendal. Oh - it was quite a useful meeting too - with lots of new things happening in the development of new Lowland Walking Leader awards and IOL's work with HSE on Outdoor First Aid.
