Today, 335 felt heavy and I failed at 355. Body was sore from my workouts Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. May take tomorrow off for recovery. BWT – 180.0. Deadlift – 225x2, 275x2, 315x2, 335x2, 355xmiss. AMRAP in 8 min. 189; cp egg whites. 1 Tbs Olive Oil. 2oz Almonds / Walnuts. 1oz Walnuts / Almonds.

Had to hit some black tea a few times at work to stay awake. May be from not sleeping well Saturday night then taking a nap on Sunday. Still had an ok workout. Could have gone above 135 on OHS but chose to stay at that weight and work on form. Tomorrow I also plan to have a strength day for Squat. BWT – 179.0. Meal 5 (Post workout).

The last round of 75 was brutal. My bodyweight is starting to come up with the added fat intake. I am now getting in between 35-45g of fat with 4 of my meals. Curious to see how my strength and energy holds up by the end of the week. BWT – 181.4. 189; cp egg whites. 1½ tbs Almond butter. 2oz Walnuts and Almonds. Monday, March 8th.
