My time in Costa Rica! Monday, August 31, 2009. I feel like this past weekend ended up being a pretty good example of Murphy's Law. So because of this we waited about 40 minutes for the firefighters to arrive and put out the fire. Moral of the story, don't leave your wallet on a bus. Thursday, August 27, 2009. My time in Costa Rica! Monday, November 2, 2009. La Gran Esperanza Real. While there are many things to like about Costa Rica, there are definitely two things that top my list during my stay here: my dance class, and my volunteer work. This isn't even an option at a lot of public schools in the US. The kids are great, the faculty is so nice and fun, and I just wish I could replace a couple of my classes with my volunteer work; it would make some of my time here less stressful!
