Travels on the Emerald Isle. A semester abroad in Ireland. Friday, September 25, 2009. This week at Trinity College is Fresher's Week. It's a week for first year (and other) students to get adjusted to things, attend meetings, and register for classes. There are also lots of social things going on. Travels on the Emerald Isle. A semester abroad in Ireland. Monday, November 30, 2009. The youth hostel we stayed in, the lady asked where we’d arrived from and after hearing Dublin she was told us she was surprised we’d made it at all. And ate awful smelling food. I was actually a little scared when they first came in and were so rowdy. Thankfully they mellowed a bit after a while (which at the time felt like forever) and I ended up getting a little sleep.
