畢業的學生買了這個送我，超開心的！不是什麼了不起的東西，就是青春的回憶罷了. 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). 因為我手沖技術很爛，常常在咖啡店裡喝到一支單品豆很不錯的，回家自己手沖，三五次也沖不出一次夠好的味道。於是手沖就慢慢被我供起來，偶爾想喝單品，就去店裡喝。 幾個月前在 mobile01看到有個大叔 說要做傻瓜手沖器，follow這個主題一陣子，終於看到他做出來了。想了一兩個月. 去年三月在網路上 買了一個刀盤 ，準備把我二手的楊家901N刀盤換新。結果一直到今天才真的有辦法把買到的刀盤換掉。 怎麼隔那麼久呢？因為螺絲的頭在拆卸的時候被磨掉了，沒辦法受力，根本沒辦法把舊刀盤拆掉。於是只能乖乖裝回去，繼續用舊刀盤磨。新刀盤就收到抽屜裡面不知道該怎麼辦。 . 居然有這東西，英國製的簡易sax，稱為j SAX。是為了年紀較小的孩童設計的saxophone。 之前開始想要跑跑步，於是買了人生第一雙慢跑鞋- mizuno wave rider 15代目。跑一跑也不知道過了多久，累積了500km。 圖片視窗主題. 技術提供： Blogger.

因為小米手環光感版壞掉了，我也不知道怎麼回事。剛好pchome母親節特價，vivosmart HR省一千，加上最近工作壓力有點大。就買來用了。 最近買東西都是跟隨好友YY的腳步， 他買的東西過一陣子我很可能就會買下去。像上次的藍芽耳機，也是因為看了他的部落格看了好多次之後，就買下去了。 這次也是 http:/ rancilio2000.blogspot.tw/2015/12/garmin-vivosmart-hr.html. 1沒有手機的時候，還是能記錄到我跑步的里程。騎自行車比較沒關係，因為騎自行車的時候，帶著手機負擔很小。 2我心跳平均來說有點太快，跑步的時候比較傾向想維持有氧的區間，對我來說大約不要超過150。所以我需要有個裝置能夠提醒或告訴我心跳狀況。 3我被Nike 綁死了，記錄都在上面，朋友也在上面，所以希望記錄要能方便的輸出給Nike. 4 APPs : Nike , iSmooth run, Strava. 現在要達到我想要的資訊，也就是心跳和距離這兩個最主要的資訊，只要帶vivosmart HR就夠。 ISmooth run(收跑步、自行車運動資料）. 1iSmooth run跑步&#...
