Veggie Patties with Mashed Avocado & Salsa. My house mates and I made these delicious patties on Saturday afternoon, they are best served with sunshine and good tunes. 😉 Happy long weekend. Veggie Patties With Salsa and Mashed Avocado. 1/2 cup buckwheat flour (or amount as needed for correct texture). 1/4 tsp chilli powder. Add lentils and chickpeas into a large bowl. Dice onion and garlic and add to mix. Grate the carrot and zucchini into mix. Add paprika, chilli powder, and pinch of salt and pepper.

A sunday well spent brings a week of content…. Lazy mornings in the sunshine with pancakes and tea is my idea of well spent. Here is another pancake batter for you to try, this one is sugar, dairy and gluten free, with only 4 ingredients! Super simple, super tasty. 2 Cups Buckwheat flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 3 cups of milk – we used coconut milk. Optional toppings: Mixed berries, banana, dates, shredded coconut, seeds, nuts, greek yoghurt, rice malt syrup. Sift flour into mixing bowl.
