The Millers Abroad: August 2010
http://millersabroad.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
My family. My travels. My God. Welcome to my life! Tuesday, August 31, 2010. A Place to Settle. I think I've talked a little bit about this before, but one of the most frequent questions I get from people after returning to the States is, "How does it feel to be home. I'm a bit uncomfortable with that term, since our home is in Nazareth, and it has been for the past two years. I wonder, is this a Texas thing? So now, it's on to normalcy, or some form thereof. Pregnancy is going great; I'm just very t...

Living with Intention: The good outweighs the bad. always.
http://msdeyle.blogspot.com/2013/05/the-good-outweighs-bad-always.html
The good outweighs the bad. always. What a mood I've been in. I can't really explain it away like I often can. I just don't feel up to much. Partly, its been the rainy weather. I can't blame it on that though, I am just feeling dull, a little tired, and mostly lazy. Regardless of my bad 'tude, the girls continue to entertain us on the daily. I've been slowly introducing new foods to Audrey (wait, what? She's already 6 months old! An update is soon to come) and I've decided to try a little Baby Led Weaning.

Living with Intention: Educate yourself: Meeting a new foster kid unexpectedly
http://msdeyle.blogspot.com/2014/02/educate-yourself-meeting-new-foster-kid.html
Educate yourself: Meeting a new foster kid unexpectedly. Before we started our journey into foster care, we were completely clueless to almost all of it. Besides the occasional horror stories or the heroic people with 10-30 kids in and out of their homes throughout their lives, we lived pretty much oblivious to it. If I had made the point to go to talk to her, I probably would have made it a little easier for her. But what about when you aren't living it day to day? Is better than nothing, right? This wi...

The Millers Abroad: Trip to Zippori
http://millersabroad.blogspot.com/2013/02/trip-to-zippori.html
My family. My travels. My God. Welcome to my life! Saturday, February 9, 2013. I've been (not-so) gently prodded over the past month to write a blog post. I've become a lazy blogger in light of Facebook. I know. Why sit down for 15 minutes, attempting to type out a post while the kids are screaming at one another and your lousy internet connection is not even fast enough to download a couple of pictures? Entry to Sephoris with the kids. The weather was perfect for the walk! Posted by Sharon M. I am a wif...

Living with Intention: Nursery reveal
http://msdeyle.blogspot.com/2015/06/nursery-reveal.html
The nursery has been in use for a solid four months and it's time to share it. I don't feel like the pictures do it justice. It has a peaceful, clean feeling but the pictures seem a little cold and bare. Does that make sense? My photography skills are lacking, but please take my word for it. I do love this room. It seems that Amelia loves it too. She gets her best sleep in there and seems to sigh a breath of relief after we've been gone a few days. I really love this room. The dresser is from Furniture f...

Living with Intention: Myth. One is easier.
http://msdeyle.blogspot.com/2015/06/myth-one-is-easier.html
Myth One is easier. My parents took the girls home with them to the lake kind of last minute on Monday. They return with them later today (Wednesday). They didn't do it to give us a break necessarily, but it is kind of implied that we'll get one. Life with just one baby? Easy, it seems! To small group. The day was gone before I could even pick up the paint brush. Then, this morning, I slept later than I wanted (argh late night wake ups you strike again) and didn't want to get the paint supplies o...Let's...

Just another WordPress.com weblog. Laquo; deep thoughts….:). For my mom…. March 31, 2010 by Abbey Jo. Half-way through her wedding up-do, Patita began to call to Chris Mi Amore! He was sitting about 10 feet from her in a reclining chair, but she felt that wasn’t close enough. He smiled, obviously loving her adoration, and moved to a spot a bit closer to her. No! He recharges my battery! Now luckily my friend and I weren’t 12 so we didn’t burst out in ewwws! Know you are so loved today. You may not rememb...
