I still use the same brine recipe I posted in my blog Corned Beef on a Stick. I did, however, change the cooking technique in this version. I started out with some huge beef back ribs I found at Restaurant Depot. They are then brined for 7 - 8 days in the fridge, turning ribs every day for even brine. Time to cook these suckers! My initial response was, Is this a trick question? Im always looking for new recipes, tips on cooking and just improving my BBQ skills in general. Pitmaster Christopher Prieto of PRIME Barbecue in Wendell, NC has worked with Southern Living to compile over 200 recipes, creating a hefty cook book that covers the basics to the finer points of BBQ.

Was that 4 colors or 4 ingredients? November 21, 2011. Time again for the monthly installment of the WTF meal, also known as the 4-Ingredient Challenge. The four ingredients this month were turkey, cauliflower, cranberries, and flour tortillas. Nothing says Thanksgiving like flour tortillas.
