The organization, empowered by donations from the town of Natick and surrounding communities, works diligently to provide services such as transportation, groceries, childcare and preventative care to cancer patients in need. Exercise is my best friend. Sep 17, 2014. So when I feel like quitting or deserting tasks or dreams or even my exercise this Mantra begins pulsating through my brain. I Will accomplish, I Want to accomplish, I Need to accomplish and complete all things that confront, challenge or provoke me. Now after three years of being cancer free I have created a pendant with the Mantra of survival that hangs from my neck just low enough that I can grab on to it and remind myself I am a survivor of life!

Oct 23, 2014. This was my favorite meal made for me when I was going through chemo, by a thoughtful friend Karyn Rosen. It was light and savory. Yummy! Pasta with Tuna, Tomatoes, Garlic, Capers, and Oliv. 1 pound pasta noodles such as: penne. 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil. 6 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons capers rinsed, roughly chopped. 2 anchovies, finely minced. 1/2 cup pitted black olives such as kalamata, roughly chopped. 1 can rinsed and drained, white albacore tuna.
