Monday, June 11, 2012. I've seen this recipe all over the internet and I had tried to make it a few weeks ago with ground beef. The hubs is now obsessed with this dish! Tonight's original dinner was chicken tacos but since we had left over wonton wrappers, he begged for me to make the "cupcakes" instead! Now I personally am not a big fan of these but the mister loves them and I aim to please! 1 pound of ground chicken or beef. Package of Wonton Wrappers. 155 oz can of black beans.
