In 1999 it was suggested that I had Fibromyalgia. I was told there was nothing they could do. Years later, the diagnosis was finally made official. Every day I struggle to come to terms with my life with FM, to learn to live with the condition and not let it control me. Every day I struggle to help those I love understand and to ignore those who don't think this is real. Fibromyalgia will not rule my life....even if it makes me change its path.
