Living a Joyful Life! My thumb is not green! But this summer I succumbed to outside influences and bought my first basil plant. As I watched it grow to new heights, I was inspired to purchase a few more containers and branch out to flowers as well as other herbs. My favorite part of each morning, after yoga, is stepping outside and watering my plants, my babies. Watching new life thrive is gratifying. It’s amazing how fragile, yet resilient, plant life is; very much like all forms of life.
