Mole's Creations: A card at last!
http://molescreations.blogspot.com/2012/09/a-card-at-last.html
A card at last! Having promised some photos of my recent card creations, I realised that my husband had sent most of them off for birthdays / get well soon occasions. I suppose I can't complain - I don't make the cards just to keep them here LOL. However, there was still one in the newly-created pile, so here it is:. To cut an aperture from this and a piece of flowery card (cut at the same time). Please note that is NOT a flying suacer reflectated in the acetate! I realised that due to my wonky positioni...

The life and times of Jenny Holden: Wildlife Consultant, freelance writer, wilderness addict and novice shepherd. Monday, 21 November 2011. They are Mountain Goats! I have been thoroughly given the run-around by my flock in the last week. At last Chris and I, with some help from my friend Elle, got the little bleaters contained. for a while. Chris and Elle set to work building a new fence (I had to take my Mam to the doctor's) and when I joined them it was looking very smart! They had fenced so that ther...

Ifa Zainon: June 2013

Friday, 28 June 2013. We have often driven past the sign, "Historic Lavenham" but never stopped. We decided to make it our day out destination. It was a very fine April day. What could be more perfect? Rows and rows of timber framed Tudor houses in the spring sunshine. I only wish I didn't have to contend with all the cars parked on the road side. Next has a couple of photos of houses. I finally got to use my Sizzix die to cut a row of houses out. Tuesday, 11 June 2013. Collection pack, I had to use it&#...

Ifa Zainon: September 2013

Thursday, 19 September 2013. I made this layout last autumn. I have only just had it back from Scrap365 last week, I had forgotten all about it. Now that a new school year has started, the cake rota is a favourite discussion in our house. J said, "We are trying to get a cake rota started in all our classes". "How many cake rotas is that? Well, they have 2 teachers for each subjects so that's six in total. Not all the teachers are popular, so maybe he will end up with three. Monday, 9 September 2013.

Thursday, 26 June 2014. We have a school leaver. I went to J's school leaving drinks last night. How did that happen? Excuse the reminiscing to follow. This is a photo of him in September 1999, excited to be leaving for his new school. Look at the size of that book bag! On arrival at school, we snapped another photo. Another first day when he went up to secondary. And finally last day at sixth form. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). We have a school leaver. View my complete profile. The moments in between.

Mole's Creations: October 2012

Warning - censored material! I'm sorry, but I just couldn't resist making this layout. Our Hungarian Vizsla, Tok, is a past master at the art of chill and he likes nothing better than to sprawl on his back, legs (and everything else! Akimbo.I have quite a few photos of him proving that he is 'all dog', and the mischievous streak in me meant that having a bit of fun with one of the photos was going to be irresistible. The result was this (slightly wonky) photo. I promise it's straight in real life. From m...

Mole's Creations: July 2011
http://molescreations.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
I made this card in response to an on-line challenge. Can I remember who set the challenge, or where? Doh But never mind, I enjoyed making it. I do recall that there was a sketch to use and the idea of 'circles' as a prompt. I have used a second ribbon-style strip of the checked card towards the bottom of the card, leaving a small amount of the white card below (you can't see this on my scanned version, sorry). Saturday, July 30, 2011. And here is my latest 'test' creation, which I was quite pleased with...
