Thursday, August 16, 2007. EMILIE IS HOME TO STAY! Here are pictures of Emilie's farewell party and her first couple of hours at home today (Aug 15th, 2007). I just thank God for answering the prayers of all of our family and friends in making everything happen to bring Emilie home. We also thank each one of you for your prayers as well. Without God and your prayers she wouldn't be here. Enjoy the pictures! Emilie looks so content there with her Dora jammies on, laying in her bed. EMILIE IS HOME TO STAY!

Tuesday, January 8, 2008. Emilie's first Christmas Home. Well, Emilie made it to Christmas without being sick enough to go back to Saskatoon. We made it through Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's. We found ourselves in the ER in North Battleford on Christmas for a couple of hours. Emilie wasn't feeling well and was starting to look quite pale. So we took her in. They took chest xrays and blood tests and she was put on antibiotics.
