6月28号，星期天。。。 过了阿姨生日后，就是昨天，因为是星期天，所以就出去走走。。。 我们去belt pkwy，就是海边。。。 那里可以说是人们去做运动的地方，很多人在那跑步啊、骑单车、玩滑板、钓鱼等等。。。 那里的风景很美，因为那有条桥，叫Stalen Island桥。。。 我们就去那里走走，拍拍照。。。 阿姨讲拍给朋友看啊。。。 我就拍咯。。。哈哈。。。 我们看到有人玩电子滑板。。。 滑的很快的。。。 大家看看，右边的路是给人骑单车和玩滑板的。。。 左边的就是给人跑步和有些人会在这钓鱼。。。 后面那条桥可以去到后面那个岛。。。 叫Stalen Island桥和Stalen Island岛。。。 哇！！！好漂亮的风景啊。。。 多雄伟的桥啊。。。 在美国有很多很多这样的桥的。。。 大多数都是用钢铁做的。。。 不然怎么叫钢铁皇国。。。 然后我们又去shopping。。。 哈哈。。。 刚巧遇到大减价。。。 我就扫了点东西。。。 看看。。。 Reebok球鞋。。。 2799罢了。。。 Lee牛仔裤。。。 1999罢了。。。 四件衣服。。。 才$30罢了。。。 星期一, 六月 29, 2009. 因为那天是她...

Oday feel very happy.yesterday when online at facebook,i chat wif my Msia church fren(Elson) who in the USA almost few years.and today is thanks giving,he told me that go wif him to his church.after came to the USA,i had not attend any church. I got a big problem now. Fter came here for almost three months time,today I realized that my body weight had increase.I remember before I came here,my body weight is between 80 and 90kg;however,today my body weight is incease to 98kg. Just three months time that can make my body weight totally change.When I saw myself weight is 98kg,my mind blank already;what can I do now? Really want keep fit? M having a new school life in the USA. In addition,I also feel very sorry to all teachers who had teach me before,sorry for never pass up the homework always and got bad result in many exams.I'm changing now,give me somemore times,I think I can become more good in the future.
