The Hirams: April 2009
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Friday, April 17, 2009. Well, I can't believe I made it. Three weeks ago, I finished my online American Heritage class (definitely not. Recommended) which brought me down to 18 credits (definitely definitely not. What a change in pace the last few days have been! I don't know how I'm going to take summer with no classes and. I'm just 'taking it in'. While there, I met with numerous people, four teams total. Everything from the F-16's mapping soft...

The Hirams: February 2010
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Tuesday, February 16, 2010. I can't believe it's been so long since our last post in June! So much has happened! We bought a house in Clinton, UT! Josh works at Hill AFB as an electronics engineer for the U.S. Air Force. Shauna is still teaching third grade and commutes everyday to Lehi, UT! That's more than 1 hour each direction! I owe her SO many backrubs! We unpacked (sort of. we're still unpacking). We cleaned, patched, painted. I don't think the...

The Hirams: October 2008
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Sunday, October 19, 2008. Day at the Shooting Range. Saturday, Shauna, Thomas (her brother), and I all went out to Range Masters. After the Sig, we switched out for a Colt .380, and that was slightly smaller than the Sig. It felt a little better and the clip was easier to load. But, we learned that the Colt was way more expensive than the other guns. Bottom line: Date to the shooting range- highly recommended! Monday, October 13, 2008. No, you can't ...

The Hirams: March 2012
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Wednesday, March 21, 2012. I had to smile when I opened up our blog because of the photos of Jonathan from Christmas 2010. It really has been that long! It caught me a little off-guard because it is still early enough in the year that Christmas (2011) wasn't that long ago, so I connected those pictures with this last Christmas and thought "Wow, he has grown alot the last couple months! I don't know how to explain it. It's just different. Jonathan's l...

The Hirams: November 2008
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Monday, November 24, 2008. So, last Saturday night, after the horrible football game, Shauna and I decided to go out to dinner. She had a luncheon at school catered by Wallaby's barbecue restaurant in Lindon, UT, and has ever since sworn up and down that they had the best BBQ she'd ever had. So, willing to take the challenge (and hoping to prove her correct), we drove out to Wallaby's. So, in short, if you're into BBQ, you have. Is anyone really surp...

The Hirams: December 2010
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Tuesday, December 7, 2010. I'm loving this whole mommy thing. I adore this kid! I do miss sleeping for long stretches, but we're down to waking up twice a night, and that's manageable. What makes being a mommy so great? I get to see Jonathan's adorably large smile (sorry, can't get the full-blown one in a picture yet) and getting to have mom-and-baby chats. Is there anything better? Friday, December 3, 2010. Our Bundle of Boy Was Born! Observing the ...

The Hirams: June 2009
http://thehirams.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Saturday, June 20, 2009. Chronicles of the House Hunt. Well, after about six weeks of house hunting it looks like we're nearing the end of that journey. We found a house that we loved, and we offered, went back and forth with terms and needed repairs, etc., and now we could be closing on it at the end of next week! I thought I'd just take a few minutes to chronicle some of the memorable things that happened throughout the course of this experience.

The Hirams: May 2009

Whatever Josh and Shauna have time to write about. :). Sunday, May 31, 2009. Curse of the Sunglasses. I cannot explain how frustrated I am with sunglasses! I love sunglasses. I wear them everywhere pretty much any time it is not dark. They cut down on glare and headaches and they just look cool. Well, shortly after I returned home from my mission, I was cursed with a horrible curse. So I bought them and couldn't have been happier. And that, I believe, is when my curse started. The next pair I had got tak...
