Emily Across the Pond: Life in the chateau and St. Jacques
http://emilyacrossthepond.blogspot.com/2011/06/life-in-chateau-and-st-jacques.html
Emily Across the Pond. Rants and insights from Benelux and France. Monday, June 13, 2011. Life in the chateau and St. Jacques. Sorry for the pause - once again, no excuse. I had my exam for the training session on Friday, and I think it went pretty well. It was a bit intimidating - a 40 minute oral exam in French. Luckily, the examenors were really nice and quite patient with my mistakes in French. I have pictures to post of the Chateau - and especially of the garden and the chickens! I'll post them soon!

Moderately small house with lots of distractions. Last weekend I went over to my grams house and spent two days in an empty carpeted room. No internet, no tv, no, no pets. The walls were white and there was framed art resting against the walls. College ca...
