Sunday, November 30, 2014. Back in California for Thanksgiving! We stayed at a hotel near Disneyland, so that we could be close to our real purpose for visiting. haha Lacey also had a day care to visit in Anaheim as well (no where near as nice as her one at home, but it would do! The princess was excited for her new experience, although she was not sure about the elevator (happy to report that after many trips up and down, she was ok with it, although it's not her favorite). And she loved her reflection!

Saturday, February 22, 2014. We finally got a hold of a vet in the area, and got an appointment pretty quickly! It's not like in LA where you make them weeks in advance, we were able to choose our time for the next day. Our appointment time meant I had to leave right after work, rush home, get her ready, and put her in the car. Being as I have never just walked in the house, leashed her, and took her out to the car, Lacey was a little nervous. And then we arrived. She wanted to go visit with the big dog!

Sunday, November 16, 2014. Dog Day in the Garden. Right after I got Lacey, I saw the Dog's Day in the Garden event at the Desert Botanical Gardens. I was super excited for when they did it again, so I could take the baby. Well, it came a little earlier this year, so we made our plan to go.and we had visitors for the weekend! We had to stop a few times and get away from the crowd. Someone was overly excited to be around so many other pups and people. She eventually calmed down. Grandpa came to visit!
