A Fork in the Road. View my complete profile. Sunday, November 15, 2009. Although it's a little belated, I wanted to share a little bit of my magical Halloween in an elementary school with everyone. I spend three days dressing up like a witch and playing Halloween games and dancing to Camille Saint-Saens Danse Macabre. For the Halloween parade around the school I dressed up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. Antonio Vivaldi, Duke Ellington, Woody Guthrie. Peter Tchaikovsky, Robert Schumann, Clara Schumann.

Thursday, January 24, 2013. It is 34 degrees and we think a heat wave has hit. Really! For the past month it has been -20, 0, and once it got to 13 degrees. Ethan went on a boyscout camp out last weekend and it was -20. I literally prayed that he would not freeze. He came home and his cheeks were very rosy, but I had bundled him up with so many layers that he did ok. (There were other boys who were not so lucky- sad.). It is even to cold to go skiing- now that is cold. Natalie, David, Maddie, or Ethan.

There is nothing like standing on a two-story house with a paint brush, hoping that you don't fall. Starting out in the family quartet, the Spring Quartet. Emilya also plays in the electric violin duo, Ponticello duo. She now also performs as a solo violinist.
