The Fruit of Her Hands. Monday: Crock Pot Broc. and Cheese soup with fresh whole wheat bread. Tuesday: Baked salmon, baked sweet potatoes, and steamed brocolli. Wednesday: PW Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin. Roasted red potatoes, and green beans. Friday: WW Swedish meatballs. Over homemade egg noodles. Saturday: whatever is in the fridge and pantry :). Sunday: WW taco soup. Monday: Baked Chicken, roasted carrots and potatoes. Tuesday: Vegetable soup and fresh sourdough bread. Wednesday: PW Chicken Pot Pies.

The Fruit of Her Hands. Friday, January 24, 2014. I have a new favorite breakfast meal. And for only 171 calories it is so good and filling! My mom had gone to the store last weekend for some ingredients for me so I could make some Pioneer Woman Guacamole. She came back with 2 separate containers of Pico De Gallo. I used the spicy for the guac. and took the mild back home with me. 1 Tbls of fresh Pico De Gallo. 1 pinch of 2% cheddar. 1 pinch of salt ( love the pink Himalayan). It makes me smile :).

When you port in the Cayman Islands; you have to take a ferry to get to the port. On this day, it was just the five of us. A picture of our boat. Poor Jasper needed to stop and take a break.
