Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Tonight we found out from my friend Sarah that Travis' company was putting on the equivalent of a giant Baylor pep rally here in Irving. So we dressed the kids in their green and gold and off we went! Noelle and Harper had fun meeting some cheerleaders. These girls had spirit and danced the night away! Trying to get 5 children ages 6 and under to look at the camera was just not possible! Sarah and I, it's been over 10 years since we graduated! My little Baylor cheerleader :).

Sunday, August 30, 2015. Well, we survived the first week of real school! We celebrated with some ice cream Friday night. You can tell this girl was super tired. Collin was just happy to get some ice cream! Noelle has become a big fan of taking selfies on my phone. Sometimes she even includes me! Those two front teeth are barely hanging in there! Friday, November 21, 2014. Today Noelle had her last ever Thanksgiving program at preschool. I'm a little teary about that. She did super and belted out all the songs. Friday, October 31, 2014. Tonight we had a lovely Elsa and a cute little skeleton. We found out Collin was afraid of costumes, so he got a pair of glow in the dark jammies. He is very hard to get to hold still, so we played a game of peek a boo to get pictures. We went trick or treating with the neighbors kids and they had a wonderful time. Wednesday, January 21, 2015. I took both kids back to feed the ducks today. I think the ducks are learning to love us! Collin loved watching Noelle throw the bread, but he wanted no part of doing it himself. He would just scream "yay! And "they got it! She really tried to convince him to do it! After the ducks we headed to another local neighborhood park to play. Our friend taught us about Geocaching last summer and Noelle remembered a spot with a treasure. She got a Canadian penny. Tuesday, April 28, 2015. What were up to. Do you think we have our hands full with these two? Collin found my phone and took a few pictures of himself in the Mr Potato Head glasses last week. We laughed so hard! We had breakfast with aunt Bonnie last week for an early birthday celebration. Noelle sometimes leaves me special things on my pillow when I work because sometimes I don't see her before bedtime. This one had a picture and fruit snacks in case I was hungry. Miss Noelle looked so pretty last Sunday.

Friday, July 31, 2015. I'm a little behind, but Noelle had her well check a few weeks ago. I had to talk her into the paper gown, but she is doing well. She gained 5 lbs and grew 3 inches! We made a few changes to asthma and allergy plans, but that's it. Collin just had to wear the gown, too. She's just gotten some of the old American Girl doll chapter books and she is fascinated. She's been reading them a lot. She also can spend hours putting together Lego sets. He had some great hair! PW FULL RSS FEED.

Sunday, March 29, 2015. On Saturday we went to a fun church Easter event. Noelle had fun riding horses and at the petting zoo. I thought we would never get out of the petting zoo! Collin really only liked the giant bubble wands. Noelle was brave and loved the Easter bunny , but Collin did not share that opinion. We waited TWO HOURS but he had the best time I the waiting room. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. Well, school was cancelled today. Boo. So it was another morning of trying to entertain these two indoors. I brought in the bubble machine (greatest $8 ever spent, by the way! When the floor got slippery, Noelle just put towels on her feet and "ice skated" around. Now I have a squeaky clean floor! After that we took a shaving cream painting bath which was perfect since they were covered in bubbles! Afterwards, I let them paint the banks. Posted using BlogPress from my iPad.

Tuesday, May 26, 2015. First week of summer. We've kept ourselves busy our first week of summer. Collin has had terrible allergies with this insane weather so he developed a great system for holding his "boogie wipe.".
