Saturday, August 31, 2013. Wake up at 3am, get dressed and grab food and drinks and head out to American Fork, park and take the bus to the top. Stretch and do morning yoga and go to the bathroom and wait for 90 minutes for the race to start. It is smart that they have a bag drop so you can pick up your jacket, water bottle, etc at the end of the race. This race was also a 1800 elevation drop, aka bad for your knees! Monday, November 19, 2012. So we've been trying to keep this busy boy busy and he sure is happier when he gets out and spends time with friends. How did I get such a social little boy? Here he is playing at the playground at the mall with the kids my sister nannies. Eating while out on a road trip. The way home from a road trip. Enjoying a peppermint shake. FroYo 5k with the Family : 5k #9. Has been 100% my favorite so far! I was expecting a huge crowd like the bubble race, but since this was the FroYo's first year, it was a modest size and I hope it doesn't get too big. The tattoos weren't in the swag bag, they were just kind of laying around on some of the tables, so we grabbed them. We then kind of hung out in our "wave" corral for about 20 minutes. But there was a photographer roaming, so it was cool. But that doesn't matter, because check my time peeps!
