Then there was three. Saturday, March 30, 2013. Does anyone else’s husband look at iFunny a lot? I think John gets notifications when new photos are added which doesn't help his OCD. I told him if he comes across really funny stuff at least share it! I think he might have once or twice, but last night he sent me something that inspired me to write this post about Madison’s eyes! Well, it looks like we got a little of both. I just wanted to share what I found. I think it is interesting! 2 squash: $1.32.

Then there was three. Thursday, January 31, 2013. It has been a really long time since I have updated. Madison is growing and growing. Since the last post we have had our first sick visit, 4 month check up, and started on cereal plus veggies. The beginning of January I took Madison in for her first sick visit. She had a cough, low grade fever, and she was going #2 often. Turned out to be nothing but a cold- -but as a first time mom of a first time kid I wanted to be safe. John has been home with us a lot...

Then there was three. Monday, March 19, 2012. 16 weeks- -feeling a bit better! It has been a while since I updated. I have had another appointment since then as well, the nuchal appointment. Everything went good! Other than getting sick as we were walking out the door for the appointment and feeling sick through my whole office visit.including the ultrasound. Then there was three. Sunday, February 24, 2013. Atleast it has not been over a month, but pretty close and even before her doctors appointment. Madison is a rolling, smiley, solid food eating, super fast growing, nap fighting little baby girl. :) She is rolling over and over and over across the floor. I will put her on a blanket or her Taggies bear and next thing I know she is at my feet pulling on my pants. Oh and does she fight sleep! Then at night, she instantly rolls to her belly and goes to sleep!

Life with the Barfields. Friday, August 30, 2013. A Week Spent in the CICU. The next morning, I called to check on Josiah and to see if rounds had started. Since it was Saturday, rounds didn’t get started until later, so Anthony and I headed down to the cafeteria to grab some breakfast. As soon as we were allowed back, Anthony and I went to go visit our little man. Mr Josiah with his monkey. And, this is the day we switched to a Nuk paci. Josiah loves his daddy! Once Josiah was admitted to the stepdown, I was feeling much better about where he was as far as being stable goes. I thought he seemed to be doing much better. Life with the Barfields. Thursday, January 17, 2013. JOSIAH will be here next WEDNESDAY. Holy smokes, I can't believe it! I know we are down to the wire anyway but to actually KNOW when you're going to have a baby is exciting and nerve racking at the same time. I had my weekly visit at Dr. Pohl's this morning. I went in expecting that Dr. Pohl might mention we would discuss a date for induction at my next apppiontment, but never would I have thought I would. WOW, I can't believe that's only 5/6 days away!

As part of the course we were asked to take a photograph in the morning, at dinnertime and at night, portraying lighting at different points of the day. The use of different levels of lighting shows how effective it can be, with the night shot showing tones of yellow and orange on the building using artifical lighting where as the natrural lighting shows all the natural tones of the building.
