Kelp is a type of seaweed but when it’s washed they don’t really taste like anything but crunchy noodles! You generally can buy it in bags in the fridge section of the health food store. I made this recipe for someone else so it even has organic chicken and goats cheese for you meet eaters out there. 1/3 bag kelp noodles.
