Friday, March 9. I thought February was going to the best month yet (haha hindsight is 20/20), Thank goodness it was the shortest month, even with the extra day! Little did I know March was comin in swinging! March 1st was a holiday, and my school relocated to a brand new, beautiful building complete with a full 500 book library! The warm, sunny, Western cuisine and brand name shopping filled Philippines was an absolute welcome to freezing cold, rainy Korea! A little family rock' bandin' yes please!

Wednesday, February 29. Living in Korea definitely has its perks - like being able to take a 10 minute drive, and end up in a tranquil, place of worship, surrounded by majestic nature, compliments of our great Creator! That's exactly what Leigh and I did this past Saturday. Growing up in the South, as I hiked up the small Korean mountain, I couldn't help but think how skinny would Christians be if we had to hike up mountains to worship? Tuesday, November 22. Happy Birthday to Me! My 2nd birthday celebration with this handsome man! Welp, it's happened again :) I officially have celebrated another birthday in a far off land. Friday, May 27. Take me out to the Ballgame :). One of the many things I LOVE about Pohang is how convenient it is to get to all the great cities around it. I love being in Pohang, and this is definitely my home in SK, but it's so easy to get a drastic change of scenery just by hopping on a $10 and/or less then 2 hour bus! This past weekend some friends from Busan invited us to a baseball game! I've been to a few Pohang Steelers soccer games, which I really enjoy! Get 'Cher Dried Squid, Beer, and Visors!

Friday, August 26. My visit home was terrific! I couldn't have asked for a better time! First highlight was making it home for my mom's Birthday - I got into Louisville at about 9pm - no delays, problems with flights, or missing luggage Success! And was greeted by my Aunt Cara (who so kindly took care of Sadie all year), her 2 daughters/my cousins, Megan and Ashley, my Grammy, my Mom and her fiance Glen!
