Thursday, November 22, 2007. I find it more difficult to critique the poetry than the stories. There is much less to work with and it is a much more personal free type of writing. Hopefully the handout on critiquing poetry will lend me some help. I've been reading the book recently and finding that i like it quite a bit. Sometimes he uses too much imagry and there isn't enough time to process the first image before another one is thrust upon my mindd. Monday, October 22, 2007. Sunday, October 14, 2007.

e.m.bradley: a romantic weekend

http://emilymbradley.blogspot.com/2007/10/romantic-weekend.html

Sunday, October 7, 2007. I read over "A romantic weekend" and found it disturbing but beliveable. When I read a story I never pay attention to the language use or detail while I'm reading and never feel much like re-reading to look at all the things I missed. I know that it would probably help in the long run, but I ignore it none the less. I get bored with blogging quickly, so my posts will probably all be short. FRESH! http://emilymbradley.blogspot.com/2007_09_01_archive.html

Sunday, September 30, 2007. I'm bad at reviewing other people's work. I always feel really bad for saying things that may be true but unenjoyable for the writer. I also dislike blogging pretty much. I feel like a fake when I try. I feel like a slob when I don't. Sunday, September 23, 2007. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Im bad at reviewing other peoples work. I always. View my complete profile.

Sunday, October 14, 2007. I get pretty nervious when i have to write a story. But i usually wait until the night before it is due to even think about it. That usually makes me more nervous. I know i should get started on ideas and story lines before eight hours until class, but i'm unmotivated. I'll start one, one of these days. October 18, 2007 at 12:43 PM. tooearly twosixsix: Upcoming Readings

http://bob-ish.blogspot.com/2007/10/upcoming-readings.html

Tuesday, October 2, 2007. Forgot - largely as a result of my computer issues and having forgotten how to work too many aspects of Dreamweaver (apologies if that awful song is now stuck in your head), the online syllabus does not (yet) include our upcoming schedule or a schedule of readings. I'll likely be out of town from this Wednesday on, but once I return I hope to have figured out these ugly technical problems. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The monkey in charge of the circus.

http://bob-ish.blogspot.com/2007/10/ruh-roh.html

Tuesday, October 2, 2007. I'm not sure whether the problem is my computer or GoWMU, but I am having significant problems getting into anything. I'm going through everyone's blogs (very, very slowly, which makes me suspect my computer) and making comments where I can, but if I don't respond to an email or get your blog address set up if you've sent it to me belatedly, I'm not ignoring you. Cathedral" biggest problem for me = the really weird sounding dialogue - so much repetition. By the way - occasional ...

Emily M. Bird. I love both YA and Hemingway. But Hemingway would probably think I'm ridiculous. Review: The Scorch Trials by James Dashner. July 26, 2015. July 26, 2015. It’s been a year since I first read. But since I just saw the trailer for the film adaptation, I thought the book was a good choice for my next review. And when Thomas finally reaches her, Teresa immediately tells Thomas to run away. So he runs away and reunites with the boys. What did we gain in those pages? What was the point of that?

Emily's Digital History Blog. Week 12 – Citizen Archivist. November 21, 2016. 8220;Citizen Archivist” is my new hobby and I can’t believe I didn’t know about it until now. It was a brilliant idea – but who would have guessed that people would be willing to transcribe documents, etc., in their free time? I guess it was worth a shot. If it worked for Wikipedia, why not for primary sources? From what I’ve read, a lot of people have become Citizen Archivists. Week 11 – Twitter. November 14, 2016. 8221; appea...
