Grandma’s Travel South. February 27, 2017. My sweet Grandma comes to visit one time a year, leaving cold, snowy Minnesota behind. She trades the wintry tundra for the more temperate (and in my opinion, live-able. Climate of the Carolinas. I absolutely adore my grandma, and so do my children who call her, Gigi, which is adorable. The trip South is a big deal for Gigi, and it only comes once a year, so we soak up Every. Single.
