I guess all kids go through a stage where they are fascinated with adults' shoes, and Emily hit that stage big time. She looks for our shoes, puts them on, even tries to lace them up (to no avail), and starts walking around. Sunday, July 4, 2010. Emily turned 2 today, and we celebrated quietly at home. Well, "quietly" would not be the right word, as it was non-stop go-go-go, run, jump, scream, play, sing - the WHOLE time! Such is life with toddlers, I gather.but, everyone had a great time and enjoyed the day! Steve's co-worker Traci does these as a hobby. Sunday, July 26, 2009. Our neighbor, Travis, who is 1 day older than Emily (he was born 7/3 last year and she came 7/4 :) came over today for a little swimming play date. For some reason, Emily did not want to get in the water today! She was more content snacking, watching Travis, and sitting with Mommy. I took some pictures anyway.
