This is the timeline for the process of getting Emily. It looks like it will be 18 months from LID to Referral for me. I got my new approval to bring an orphan into the US from China today. WOO HOO! My last few weeks in India were pretty busy and now I’ve been home in the UK for a week now so I feel like I should catch you up on a few things…. Let’s rewind to the 15. August- India independence day! Gnana Deepam had their sports day on independence day and my goodness, Indians do sports day well. The kids practiced so hard for weeks before and the day itself was so lush!
