Thursday, June 11, 2015. My nephew Warren likes to say "We made it" when he finishes a game or when we get to a destination. I feel that same sentiment is appropriate as I have watched my sister transform from mother of one child to now mom to two beautiful babies! She has arrived into dual motherhood! Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Were Having a Heat Wave. Texas in the summer is like eating a jalapeño. It just gets hotter and hotter the longer you endure it. Despite the heat Scott and I had a fun time kicking it with my family and touring the sights! Saturday was an Austin day! Scott and I went to Austin with my brother and his boys. We explored the cathedral of junk which is a ton of stuff this man has collected in his backyard. He turned it into a sculpture that people can climb up! You two are adorable!

I spent half of this trip with family and the other half with a friend who is like family. I saw Eagles in their natural environments which was awesome! Tuesday, May 19, 2015. We then traveled to Santa Barbara to visit my friend Liz and Aaron. The whole trip was filled with delicious food! While in Santa Barbara we traveled to one of American's least visited national parks the Channel Islands and we kayaked around sea caves. We ate at Finch and Fork as recommended by Danny and Jenny, which turned out to be Liz and Aaron's favorite dining destination! He is hold a sea slug and it inks purple goo, vivid purple goo! Stop two was NUESTADT! Its a small town next to my home town! I went to this fountain as a kid., LOTS of fun memories with my sister playing in the water in the summer.
