Since it's formation in 1982, Emi-Turn Engineering has steadily grown from a small business specialising in bar turned parts produced on Emi-Mec autosprints, to a full service precision engineering company. The company are specialists in the manufacture of precision turned and machined components produced to a customer's drawing and specification. Small to medium batch runs with fast turnaround times are the company's speciality. Larger batches and prototyping can also be accommodated.

Machining Centres and Ancillary Equipment. Our CNC machining centres range from 400mm wide with 10 tools to 1000mm wide with 20 tools. Spindle speeds up to 8000 rpm. All of our machining centres can be programmed offline to reduce setup and changeover times. They are complemented by ancillary machines which include hydraulic presses, bar chamfering, de-pipping, barrelling and drillers. The materials we machine and the finishes offered can be found here. Our lathes have bar turning capacity ranging from 3mm to 52mm Ø,chuck turning capacity up to 200mm Ø and a maximum turning length of 550mm. Some are equipped with live tooling and sub spindles for one hit machining. All of our cnc lathes can be programmed offline to reduce setup and changeover times.
