Reality continues to ruin my life. Wednesday, December 26, 2012. I really want to get back in workout mode (who doesn't this time of year right? So I joined a gym (my local YMCA is awesome and offers "free" babysitting while I workout). Unfortunately, work, daycare, life, etc., makes it difficult to get in a really good workout the 5-6 days a week I'd like to exercise. Anyway, I did find an interesting 30-day workout styled off the "crossfit" workouts. Given how obsessed I am with the Reebox Crossfit.
