Date Night: Dinner and a Movie. September 28, 2014. September 28, 2014. See by Chloe Sandals:. Last night V and I had a classic date night: dinner and a movie. It was beautiful out, high 70’s and sunny all day, so I took the opportunity to go sleeveless. I wanted to be comfortable enough for the movies, but dressed nicely enough for dinner. Plus, I’ve been dying to wear this waistcoat and I really like how it looks paired with the muscle tee. For dinner we tried out a new restaurant in Malverne, Uva Rossa.

The Fox and Fern. I have to admit that I have a pretty big obsession with ponchos. This poncho by Lovestitch is the perfect addition to my collection. It has a great pattern and I love the tassels at the bottom. I think the fact that ponchos are basically wearable blankets is a big part of the reason I love them so much. The rest of the outfit is an easy summer look that consists of a plain black dress, a floppy hat and sandals. You really can’t go wrong with a look like this. Posted on July 23, 2015.
